Brief Introduction of Hydraulic-Bladder Type of Accumulator
NXQ Hydraulic-bladder type of accumulator is important parts for hydraulic transmission sys-
tem used for energy storage, pressure stabilization, motor power reduction, leakage loss co-
mpensation,elimination of oil pressure impulse, wave crest and impact force, and etc.
The characteristics of NXQ series hydraulic-bladder type of accumulator are advanced equip-

Working Principles of NXQ Hydraulic-Bladder Type of Accumulator
Accumulator from bladder is naturally divided into two parts, inside of accumulator has to be
filled with Nitrogen gas, outside be filled with hydraulic oil. When oil has to be pressed by hy-
draulic pump to accumulator, bladder may be pre- ssurized and deformed, volume of gas m-
ay be reduced along with increasing pressure, hydraulic oil may be slowly stored. If hydraulic
oil has to be increased during performance of hydraulic system, hydraulic oil can be removed
out by accumulator to compensate energy of system.

In order to prevent from impact damage of hydraulic system due to larger flow rate, vibration of pressure wave can be transferred
into easy absorbed impact stress of hydrau- lic pressure. Peak value of pressure can be controlled within acceptable standard

higher than Ra.Material of Piston is aluminum and lighter than cast iron,startup pressure lower than 0.5Mpa.Special Structure
