Standard System of ISO 9000 is crystallization of modern quality management and quality assurance. It raises the fundamental
requirements of quality control system as well as the basic requirement of quality management of enterprise . so long as per
standard system of ISO 9000, the quality control and assurance will be guarante-ed and at same time, clients' service and third
parties' satisfaction will be ensured.
Standards system of ISO 9000 were formulated by International standard Organization (ISO); It established in 1946.Its headqu-
arters in Geneva with member cou- ntries of more than 100, It sets up the Technical Committ ees (TC) of over than 200 to draw
up and recommend the internatio- nal standards. On the basic standards of British Standard of BS 5750, Canadian Standard of
Z299 and other national defense & standard of nuclear industry, ISO Technical Committees TC 176(ISO) of quality management
and quality assurance started to formulate standard system of ISO 9000, in 1979, formally distributed in 1987. Standard system
of ISO 9000 firstly technical term revised in 1994. Nowadays , applicable standard of ISO 9000 belongs to edit- ion of 1994.
Standard system of ISO 9000 is composed of relevant standards of 5, as follows:
ISO 9001:1994 standard of quality management and quality assurance Part 1: Application and Guidance.
ISO 9001:1994 Quality control system-quality assurance mode of design , development, installation and service
ISO 9002:1994Quality control system –quality assurance model of fabrication, installa-tion and service
ISO 9003:1994 Quality control system–quality assurance mode of final inspection and testing
ISO 9004:1994 key elements of quality management and quality assurance-part 1:Guidance
ISO 9000-1 Applicable guidance of standard. It expounds the difference and mutual rela- tion ship between basic quality concept;
it provides the applicable standard mode of quali- ty assurance.
ISO9004-1 Guide standard used for internal quality management of enterprise . It is not applicable for contract, laws or issue of
certificate. It expounds a basic key element of quality control system, and applicable for market service, categories of product,
production process and after sales service.
ISO 9003 : This standard is only applicable for supplier's final inspection and test as the stipulated terms of quality assurance.
ISO 9002: This standard not only includes total key elements of.
ISO 9003 but also extends details of ISO 9003. The aim of this standard is prevent from unacceptable products (service) and
incorrect installation. It also provides the feedback function,if imperfection happens, immediately takes correction action and
preventive measures.
ISO 9001: Talking about quality assurance, this standard is a quite complete. Besides all requirements of key elements are the
same with ISO 9002,it supplemented with requireme- nts of design. |
